Guests & invitations
An invitation belongs to a named guest and says what it includes: just them, a set number of extra guests, or their family. Every guest can be invited to a different combination of events, and there is no single RSVP status for the whole wedding. Add guests one by one or import them from a CSV file.
RSVP
A guest invited only to the Walimah never receives the Nikah's own details (its name, date, venue, deadline or questions) on their page, their RSVP form or in their emails: the server sends only the events their invitation includes. Anything you write yourself, in a website section, a question or a message, reaches whoever you show or send it to. Each guest names the people coming with them and says, event by event, who will be there. Add your own questions, such as meal choice or dietary needs, which the invited guest answers once for their invitation or for each celebration.
Invitations
Every guest can have a private, revocable link to their own invitation, to copy or send by WhatsApp or however you like. With Plus and Complete, Medding also emails invitations for you: choose everyone invited to an event, those not yet sent it, or those still to reply as its deadline nears, and it sends them in the background, each with a QR code of the guest's link that you can print. Switch on automatic reminders, and guests who haven't replied are reminded as each deadline approaches.
Wedding website
A published website built from sections — hero, events, RSVP, story, gallery, FAQ, travel, prayer and more — each shown to everyone, only to invited guests, only to the guests of chosen events or tags, or to no one, decided on the server, so private details stay private even on a public page. 2 of the 20 templates, and the essential sections, are free; the rest come with Plus and Complete.
Tasks
Wedding-planning tasks with priority, due dates, and dependencies — a task can't be marked done while something it depends on is still open.
Budget
Estimated, quoted, agreed, and paid are tracked separately, never collapsed into one number, with a running ledger of payments and refunds per line item.
Seating
Seating plans with custom zones, fixed-capacity tables, and per-guest assignment — built for however your family actually wants to arrange a room, not a fixed template. Included with Plus and Complete.
Vendors
A private, manually managed list of your vendors, with optional halal, Muslim-owned, and women-only-team details you can note for your own planning — never presented as a religious endorsement from Medding. Find more in the public vendor directory.
